About Cross Technologies
Our Mission Statement:  To unleash the true power of micro- and
nano-sized structures for catalysis, sorption, surface/structure
functionalization, and other applications for the benefit of mankind.
To facilitate the safe and effective use of the new genre of highly
effective nano- and micro-structures, including micro- and
nano-particle catalysts and sorbents,  in the laboratory and in
large scale practical applications, for the remediation of
CHC-polluted groundwaters as well as other applications across
the nation and the globe.
Cross Technologies is a privately held company owned, operated, and
managed by Ken Cross.   Ken is a chemical engineer with approximately 20
years' experience in chemical process engineering, research, and
development of chemical, electrochemical, and ultra-high-purity chemical
reaction and separation processes.  Ken's work has been incorporated into
products globally in several industries, including water treatment,
semiconductor support systems, UHP processing of energetic gases, and
thin-film / PVD coatings. Ken has several patents, and his curriculum vitae

About Us
Please Excuse Us - PID's Being Updated
Ken has collaborated with two other professionals for purposes of business
development.  They are:

Yancey Yake, E.E.:  Mr. Yake is an electrical engineer with a  background in
the design and development of water-treatment, artificial-intelligence, and
semiconductor-enhanced sensors and instrumentation, ranging from
complex automated titrators to hand-held chemical sensors.  Products which
bear his designs are currently in use world-wide. His more recent endeavors
have been focused on the design and development of sensors which exploit
unusual and complex phenomena exhibited by specialized materials  to
achieve non-invasive conductivity and flow measurement in various
corrosive-environment service.

Todd Lamka, Esq.:  Mr. Lamka is an attorney with approximately two
decades' experience practicing and specializing in the various facets of
business law which are most germane to high-tech start-ups.  Mr. Lamka's
contributions to Cross Technologies include council on legal issues.
